Alpine Xtreme is seeking a highly motivated individual with enthusiasm and strong personal relationship skills for its high-energy ski and retail shop located on the slopes of Taos Ski Valley. The shop is in need of a self-starter who can motivate staff and put smiles on customer's faces.

This position involves: management of staff, weekly scheduling, cash handling, hands-on ski and boot sales, ski rentals, and the selling of merchandise (ski gear, clothes, and accessories).

Prior management experience required. Familiarity with state-of-the-art ski equipment and ski shop experience a plus!
